The initial inspiration came from classic Margarita, with several researches, and more negative errors. I succeeded even though it was not perfect, it was called the technique of fat washing, with materials that could be bought in Warung , red and white onions, red chili and cayenne pepper, lemongrass, and Terasi, yes this is chili sauce, people also say it's chili sauce, but actually it's more than just chili sauce, this is a little beautiful story of mine in childhood, where every day my mother would prepare it, home call it fried onion anchovy, he never forgets to prepare, even though we are in joy, maybe one of the ways he teaches simplicity or just tradition ...
